TVF has initiated a program to support the government’s initiatives to help reduce the number of school dropouts in Delhi/NCR.

More than 90% of the dropouts are from slums and many are involved in heinous crimes if not corrected on time.  Therefore, TVF introduced the project ‘आओ पढ़ें दोबारा’ (‘Aao Padhe Dobara’) which means ‘Let’s study again’ in English.

Our volunteers local campaign neighbourhoods to identify dropouts, and once they are identified, we enroll them in regular schools or NIOS. Additionally, we offer regular classes at our centers for drop-out students. The teachers are prepared to assist dropouts, allowing them to comprehend their needs and actively contribute to the learning of the enrolled students. At the slum of Ambedkar Basti, classes have begun.
